1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and xxhp ("xxhp", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the xxhp online gaming platform, including the website located at xxhp.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the xxhp Platform, or using any xxhp services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein or published on the Platform. The xxhp Platform is intended exclusively for Users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and gaming activity. You represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To participate in real-money gaming on the xxhp Platform, you must register a User account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to:

2.4 Identity Verification

2.5 Single Account Restriction

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the xxhp Platform. Creating multiple accounts, operating duplicate accounts, or attempting to circumvent account restrictions through the use of alternate identities constitutes fraud and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account. You agree to immediately notify xxhp of any unauthorized access to or use of your account of which you become aware.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. xxhp shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, unless such unauthorized access results from a security breach attributable to xxhp's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3.3 Accurate Information Maintenance

You agree to maintain accurate and current account information at all times. You must promptly update your account details if your contact information, address, or other registration data changes. xxhp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or outdated information that cannot be verified.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your xxhp account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, which may include but are not limited to GCash, Maya, bank transfers, and other Philippine-based payment services. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the Platform. Deposits are credited to your account balance and are available for gaming purposes in accordance with the Platform's processing times.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your xxhp account are derived from legitimate sources and are your own property. You agree not to use the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities. xxhp reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and may request supporting documentation before processing deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your xxhp account balance, subject to identity verification, completion of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with minimum withdrawal thresholds. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with xxhp's standard processing times, which vary by payment method and may be subject to additional verification procedures.

xxhp reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, or failure to complete required verification procedures. In cases of declined withdrawals, xxhp will provide written explanation of the reasons for such decision.

4.3 Currency and Transaction Fees

All financial transactions on the xxhp Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). xxhp does not charge transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, fees imposed by third-party payment processors or financial institutions are the sole responsibility of the User and will be deducted from transaction amounts as applicable.

4.4 Dormant Account Policy

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. xxhp reserves the right to charge a reasonable monthly maintenance fee on dormant accounts with balances. Users will receive notification prior to the imposition of any dormant account fees.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the xxhp Platform operates according to specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or through the Platform's help section. You agree to familiarize yourself with and abide by the rules applicable to any game you choose to play. In the event of any discrepancy between game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific game rules expressly state otherwise.

5.2 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All Users must engage in fair play and refrain from any activities that compromise the integrity of games or the Platform. Strictly prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence systems designed to place bets or make gaming decisions
• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities
• Use of any fraudulent methods, devices, or strategies
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or other integrity violations
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code of Platform software

5.3 Game Outcomes and Disputes

All game outcomes on the xxhp Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of trained dealers. xxhp maintains records of all gaming activity and reserves the right to review game outcomes in the event of disputes. The decision of xxhp regarding game outcomes, after review of available records, shall be final and binding.

5.4 Betting Limits

xxhp may establish minimum and maximum betting limits for games and may vary these limits based on game type, User status, or other factors. You agree to comply with all applicable betting limits. xxhp reserves the right to void bets placed in excess of maximum limits and to adjust User limits without prior notice where necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with regulatory requirements.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

6.1 Bonus Terms

xxhp may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to Users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, time limitations, and other conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional terms applicable to each offer.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Users are prohibited from abusing or exploiting bonuses and promotions through tactics including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other strategy that xxhp determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes bonus abuse. xxhp reserves the right to void bonuses, reclaim bonus funds, and confiscate winnings derived from bonus abuse.

6.3 Modification and Cancellation

xxhp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Users participating in bonuses or promotions at the time of cancellation will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of their participation, unless modification is necessary to prevent abuse or comply with regulatory requirements.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership

All content, software, graphics, text, data, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other materials available on the xxhp Platform ("Content") are owned by or licensed to xxhp and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The xxhp trademark, logo, and all related marks are proprietary to xxhp and may not be used without express written permission.

7.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, xxhp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to download, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any Content obtained from the Platform without xxhp's prior written consent.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

xxhp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity. We encourage all Users to view gaming as entertainment and to never wager more than they can afford to lose. Gaming should not be used as a source of income or as a solution to financial difficulties.

8.2 Self-Limitation Tools

• Loss limits

Users may activate these tools through their account settings. Once implemented, limits take immediate effect and cannot be increased until a cooling-off period has elapsed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who feel they need to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be deactivated and you will be unable to access gaming services. 9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by xxhp

xxhp reserves the right to suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the Platform in any manner that poses risk to xxhp, other Users, or the integrity of gaming operations. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engaging in prohibited gaming activities or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Evidence of money laundering or other illegal financial activity
• Abusive behavior toward xxhp staff or other Users
• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions

9.2 Termination by xxhp

xxhp may terminate your account and these Terms at any time for any reason, with or without cause, upon written notice to you. In the event of termination for cause (i.e., due to your breach of these Terms), xxhp may, in its sole discretion, forfeit any account balance associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity.

9.3 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting xxhp customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining account balance subject to completion of required verification and compliance with these Terms. xxhp is not obligated to return funds associated with bonuses that have not met wagering requirements at the time of voluntary account closure.

9.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The xxhp Platform and all services, content, and materials available through the Platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xxhp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, xxhp, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical malfunctions, system failures, or interruptions in service
• Loss of funds due to User error, including incorrect payment details

10.3 Technical Issues

xxhp is not responsible for any technical difficulties, system failures, network interruptions, or other issues beyond our reasonable control that may affect your access to or use of the Platform. In the event of a game malfunction that affects game outcomes, xxhp reserves the right to void affected bets and refund wagers.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless xxhp, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Any false or misleading information you provide to xxhp
• Your breach of any representation or warranty contained in these Terms

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All aspects of your relationship with xxhp, including disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, shall be governed by Philippine law.

12.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the xxhp Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

12.3 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact xxhp customer support to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in accordance with the jurisdiction provisions above.

13. Amendments to Terms

xxhp reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice through the Platform or by email to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by xxhp on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and xxhp concerning your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same subject matter.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

14.3 Waiver

No waiver by xxhp of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by xxhp to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without xxhp's prior written consent. xxhp may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and its rights and obligations without restriction.

14.5 Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event these Terms are translated into other languages and there is a discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
